Goalee

We Got Tired of Boring Team Goals. So We Made a Game.

Our Story

We’re a young married couple who, after years of remote work and repetitive team meetings, got tired of writing the same goals again and again — and pretending we were all “aligned” on Zoom calls.
We wanted something better. Something actually fun, engaging, and human.

Why We Built Goalee

Goalee was born out of a simple frustration: team goals are often mechanical, onboarding feels like homework, and getting to know your team is awkward at best.

So we asked ourselves: What if this didn’t have to be boring? What if it could be a game?

What Goalee Does Differently

With Goalee, we turned team goals and personal interests into short, fun, AI-powered games.
No more slide decks, onboarding manuals, or dry team-building tasks.

Instead:

  • A few quick statements from you.
  • Goalee turns them into a game.
  • Your team plays and connects — effortlessly.

Real Results Through Play

Studies show that gamification significantly improves team engagement, reduces communication time, and increases retention of goals and company values — all while keeping costs low.

That’s why Goalee is designed to give you something rare:

  • True connection
  • Clear goals
  • For a fraction of the usual time and budget

You don’t need expensive workshops or hours of Zoom calls.

With Goalee, your team gets more done — while having fun.

Made for Real Teams, by Real People

We built Goalee for people like us — people who want to connect with their teams as humans, not just job titles and profile pictures.

Whether you’re 5 or 500 people, in one office or across time zones — Goalee helps you build connection through clarity, curiosity, and play.
